What we do
We offer free, confidential and impartial advice on a wide range of issues such as debt, benefits, housing and employment to anyone who needs us. We offer a range of ways to access our services. We also provide website support, email and web chat and if needed we can provide face to face appointments and we offer a drop in service to our vulnerable clients.
About us
Oxfordshire South and Vale Citizens Advice (OSAV) is an independent local charity. Our local volunteers provide the backbone of our advice services supported by a small paid team. We operate from 4 advice centres (Abingdon, Didcot, Henley and Thame), and 4 outreach hubs (Berinsfield, Faringdon, RAF Benson and Wallingford).
Our impact
