We aim to give comprehensive advice via email so please provide as much detail as you can about your issues and any relevant personal circumstances. This will enable us to provide you with information and advice that is relevant to you. Our response to you in most cases will be via email.

We aim for an advisor to respond to you within 5 working days.

Please do not use this service if:

  • your issue is urgent (e.g. threatened homelessness, bailiffs, food bank referral or fuel bank referral)
  • you are requesting a call back from an adviser
  • you are trying to get an appointment with your local office
  • you are trying to find out progress on your existing case
  • if you wish to remain anonymous
